Responsibilities
Managing all things transactional with precision worthy of a laser-guided calculator
Owning the period-end close like the main character you are
Diving into inventory, food cost, waste, and “where did this number even come from?”
Delivering budget-to-actual explanations that make sense to everyone, including the loudest voices in the room
Supporting multiple projects at once without breaking a sweat (or at least hiding it well)
Spotting process gaps and fixing them before they become fires
Collaborating with… let’s call them “big personalities”
Handling confidential and sensitive information with integrity and quiet confidence
Working independently, staying accountable, and triple-checking your work because accuracy is your religion
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of progressive accounting experience
A detail hawk who notices everything
Comfortable in restaurant operations, accounting, inventory, and cost analysis
A spreadsheet magician who digs into variances like you're solving a mystery
Calm under pressure and fiercely independent
Equal parts diplomatic and unbothered when personalities get spicy
Obsessed with accuracy and allergic to excuses
Energized by improving processes, not maintaining broken ones
Proud of your ability to juggle seventeen things at once without dropping the company
Preferred
Restaurant or hospitality accounting experience
R365, Toast, or similar system knowledge
A history of taming chaotic environments
A love for solving operational puzzles
