Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on production equipment and card issuance printers
Troubleshoot common mechanical, electrical, and print quality issues, escalating complex problems as needed
When equipment maintenance demands are low, support production operations by assisting with standard equipment operation and fulfillment tasks
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage, and comply with safety, quality, and security requirements in a secure production environment
Stay up to date on assigned equipment, maintenance procedures, and related technologies

Required

1 to 5 years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining card printing, card issuance, or similar electromechanical printing equipment
Ability to diagnose common mechanical, electrical, and print quality issues and perform routine and preventive maintenance
Comfortable working in a production environment that involves standing, lifting, and hands on equipment work
Demonstrated alignment with Wolfe's core values of Teamwork, Drive, Integrity, Excellence, and Caring

Preferred

Experience with Datacard® MX series equipment or similar card printing systems
