They are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute their digital strategy across all properties, combining strategic thinking with technical execution to optimize digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies across 10+ websites
Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements
Create content strategies that drive organic traffic and bookings
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry best practices
Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple properties
Manage substantial advertising budgets with ROI accountability
A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns for maximum bookings
Expand into new platforms as opportunities arise
Design and build landing pages using WordPress
Optimize user experience and conversion paths
Implement tracking, analytics, and conversion tools
Collaborate with our team on website redesigns and launches
Ensure mobile responsiveness and site speed optimization
Develop and execute email campaigns to our existing customer base
Build automated workflows and segmentation strategies
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for engagement
Grow our Instagram presence through organic and paid strategies
Create content strategies that showcase our luxury properties
Manage social advertising campaigns and influencer partnerships
Work with our team to implement AI-powered booking enhancements
Explore emerging marketing technologies and platforms
Stay at the forefront of hospitality marketing trends
Qualification
Required
5+ years in digital marketing with proven results (hospitality/travel/real estate strongly preferred)
Expert-level SEO knowledge – technical, on-page, off-page, and content strategy
Proven PPC expertise – Google Ads certification preferred, track record of managing $40K+ monthly budgets
WordPress proficiency – ability to build pages, customize themes, and implement plugins
Technical implementation skills – Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, marketing automation platforms
Hands-on executor – not just strategy, but someone who builds and implements campaigns themselves
Data-driven mindset – comfortable with analytics, reporting, and ROI analysis
Email marketing experience – Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms
Social media marketing – Instagram, Facebook, paid social campaigns
Preferred
Experience with booking engines or hospitality-specific platforms
Familiarity with AI marketing tools
Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
Experience managing multiple brand websites simultaneously
Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish)
