Support employment defense matters (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, or PAGA)
Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and motions
Manage cases from inception through resolution
Handle state and federal e-filings
Assist with depositions, trial prep, and discovery management

Qualification

Litigation Paralegal experienceEmployment Defense knowledgeWage & hour experiencePAGA matters experienceLitigation procedures knowledgeOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

10+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with a strong focus on employment defense
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filings
Excellent organizational and communication skills
