Collaborate closely with in-house processors, underwriters, and leadership team to ensure a top-tier client experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Loan Officer with a solid understanding of mortgage lending practices
Proficiency with underwriting guidelines, loan programs, and financial analysis
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
Ability to work full-time in office Monday–Friday
Preferred
Relevant certifications and active NMLS licensure preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus
