Responsibilities
Physically walks the property on a frequent basis and removes litter, debris and pet droppings from the common grounds
Performs 'trash-out' duties at vacated units, as needed. Removes all abandoned furniture, etc
Details property on a regular basis
Performs routine maintenance on property as requested by Supervisor or Property Manager
Assists with various physical tasks as directed; e.g., tearing down fences, digging potholes, etc
Assists with 'make-ready' duties
Helps clean and maintain storage areas
Performs exterior painting duties when requested
Completes minor and routine service requests when requested by Supervisor or Property Manager
Distributes resident communications to residents; e.g., rakes, sweeps, shovels as circumstances warrant
