Responsibilities

Acquiring, organizing, reviewing and distributing project submittals & RFIs
Creating and maintaining all required Project Logs and takeoffs
Communicating with the owner and client representatives
Maintaining project budgets and complete required cost reports
Scheduling self-perform, subcontractor work and supplier material deliveries
Reading and interpreting documents such as project plans and specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Required

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar degree
Preferably with 3 years or more experience
Moderate to high level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and Primavera 6
