Seminole Casino Coconut Creek is committed to providing unparalleled service to its Guests. The HVAC Engineer II is responsible for adjustments, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all HVAC equipment and systems under the direction of the Facilities Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures
Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintains applicable log books
Conducts walk-through inspections; of all HVAC equipment to insure proper operation
Maintains quality of air, air flow and temperature at on and off-site facilities; adjusts valves to regulate temperature of lubrication oil and flow of water through system
Records gauge readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment
Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate
Knowledge of Seminole Coconut Creek Casino’s policies, procedures and schedules to insure minimal interruption to business operations and to prioritize projects appropriately
Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times
Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
Performs all other related and compatible/non-compatible duties as assigned

Qualification

HVAC systems maintenanceCommercial HVAC experienceTechnical certificatePreventive maintenanceTroubleshooting skills

Required

High school diploma or technical certificate as well as a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience with commercial/industrial HVAC equipment or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures

As part of Seminole Gaming's employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended
