Responsibilities
Work proactively to anticipate and resolve project issues (internal and external) and escalate when appropriate
Schedule regular team and customer meetings to review the product introduction requests and to ensure complete and accurate product release information for new products
Cross functional interaction with customer service, engineering and manufacturing to achieve customer satisfaction
Maintain/complete regular reports to customers and management
Actively work towards process, system, and quality improvement
Attend internal and external meetings with global teams around the clock

Qualification
Required
Good communication skills at all levels; written, oral & presentation skills required
Ability to assess and resolve situational problems in a timely manner
Ability to manage multiple issues at one time in professional way
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
Travel as required
Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
1-3 years of related business experience
Bachelors Degree in a technical/business field
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Able to stand, stoop and bend
Able to sit at desk and use/view computer for prolonged periods time, up to 8 hours daily
Preferred
Operations and/or customer interface experience preferred
A good understanding of MRP enterprise systems preferred
Ability to speak a second language preferred
Experience working with other cultures preferred
Masters degree in Business a plus but not required
