Responsibilities
Collaborate with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios
Translate business priorities into HR strategies and solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits
Configure and maintain Workday processes while ensuring high standards and compliance
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence solutions across teams
Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with HR to redesign workflows for better results
Stay current on Workday updates, fixes, and new capabilities
Build and maintain documentation for system implementations
Serve as the primary contact for system functionality and provide production support by troubleshooting and resolving issues
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
4+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration
2+ years configuring business processes within Workday
1+ year experience with calculated fields or custom reports
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of Workday configuration experience (Payroll and Benefits)
Experience in Agile environments
Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management)
Experience loading HCM data using EIBs
