Responsibilities

Supervises one or more teams who complete a variety of technical and complex client requests. Reviews documentation for completeness and accuracy and interprets information for correct coding and adherence to established policies and procedures
Supervises a team who handles complex account and transactional activities. Focuses on the most complex accounts and requests, and resolution of issues
Ensures all responsibilities are completed by assigned team in compliance with line of business standards as well as internal policies and procedures. Participates on the development and implementation of new processes
Monitors staff performance and the volume and distribution of work. Analyzes the complexity of work assigned
Designs and implements ongoing training, coaching and development for new and existing team members and internal partners as needed

Required

Finra SIE and 99 required
Finra 7 & 63 within a year
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of industry-relevant experience
An operations or production environment position typically requires 2 years of previous managerial experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
FINRA Series 99 or 7 is required
