Construction
Responsibilities
Prepare and develop budgets, cost estimates, and other financial projections
Prepare billings, change orders, & project submittals
Office Management (inventory, ordering supplies, approving invoices, data entry)
Organize, schedule, and oversee the activities of contractors and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed within the agreed-upon timeframe
Provide oversight and leadership in all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to completion
Ensure that all projects are finished within the established deadlines and financial resources allocated, while meeting quality standards and safety regulations
Qualification
Required
At least one to two years of prior experience working in the construction industry
Preferred
Proficient computer skills to include MS Outlook, Excel and Word
Thorough knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to make decisions, multi-task and meet strict deadlines
High degree of professionalism
Possession of an associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred
