Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of UI development from design through implementation
Build and enhance user-centric web applications using modern frameworks
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases
Optimize page performance and Core Web Vitals to improve user experience
Implement responsive, cross-browser compatible UI solutions
Ensure accessibility compliance aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards
Maintain CMS-driven content and support ongoing enhancements
Qualification
Required
5–6 years of hands-on experience in UI or front-end development
Strong expertise in ReactJS and modern CSS
Hands-on experience building applications with NextJS
Experience working with Contentful or similar CMS platforms
Proven background in optimizing web performance and Core Web Vitals
Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI standards
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Experience with responsive and cross-browser development
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
Preferred
Exposure to CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, or DevOps environments is a plus
