Provide day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities, onsite and virtually

Deliver application using deployment systems, oversee upgrades and enhancements, and coordinate interfaces of applications

Oversee management of compliance to security, ITIL and ITS standards. Coordinate new user applications training for assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities

Proficiently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes

Serve as mentor for less experienced staff. Participate in special projects and/or perform other duties as assigned
