Global IT Solutions, Inc is seeking an experienced Sr. IT Specialist to support a critical application modernization project. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting a web-based solution using low-code/no-code and cloud technologies, collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the process.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise applications using low-code/no-code platforms
Translate business requirements into technical workflows and system configurations
Develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and notifications
Support application integrations, data migration, and system testing
Monitor application performance, system health, and integrations
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and own assigned deliverables
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and user guides
Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support

Required

Experience building workflow automation applications using low-code/no-code platforms
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data conversion
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Experience creating dashboards and reports (Power BI preferred)
Familiarity with SharePoint, Active Directory, and SSO integrations
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience with State or Government projects
Healthcare / Medicaid / Medicare domain experience
Experience modernizing legacy .NET applications
Experience with platforms such as SimpliGov, Power Apps, ServiceNow, Salesforce
Relevant certifications (System Admin / Developer)
