Responsibilities
Define and run weekly, monthly, and quarterly execution rhythms across the firm
Ensure work closes on time across client service, reporting, billing, and fund operations — without reminders
Own firm and vehicle-level financial reporting outcomes, including coordination of fund administrators, audits, and tax advisors
Build and enforce workflows for onboarding, reporting, billing, SPVs, and year-end processes
Clarify ownership across the team, escalate issues early, and raise expectations where needed
Ensure activities are consistent with governing documents, economic intent, and regulatory expectations
Qualification
Required
10+ years in RIA operations, fund operations, family office, or similar environments
Direct experience owning audits, complex partnership structures, and multi-entity reporting
Comfort operating with authority in a small, senior team
Strong judgment, follow-through, and willingness to say 'this isn't working'
Preferred
CPA or deep partnership / fund tax experience strongly preferred
