Responsibilities

Workstation operating system problems (Windows and Mac)

Printer troubleshooting and maintenance

Common business applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)

Line-of-business software (e.g., ERP, accounting, or other niche applications with vendor support)

Server administration and troubleshooting (Windows Server 2016–2025)

Basic and intermediate networking issues (switches, firewalls, connectivity)

Acting as an escalation point for junior technicians

Qualification

Required

Minimum 3 years of IT support or system administration experience

Proficient with Windows and Mac OS environments

Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)

Skilled in supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments

Knowledge of Active Directory, endpoint cybersecurity, backup tools, and mobile device management

Familiar with firewalls, switches, and general network architecture

Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation for client visits

Preferred

MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience preferred

Active server certifications a plus
