Define project scope, vision, objectives, and success metrics
Develop schedules and manage resource allocation
Work with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions
Facilitate requirements, user stories, and testing strategy sessions
Monitor risks, budgets, and performance metrics
Prepare regular project communication and progress reports
Manage compliance and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or 6 years of experience)
6+ years in IT or business project roles; 2+ in leadership
Experience with Agile project delivery
Proficient with Azure DevOps, and related tools
Strong knowledge of IT systems, SDLC, and risk management
