They are offering a Summer 2026 Internship for a Customer Experience Intern who will analyze data to inform customer experience strategies and collaborate with various departments to identify optimization opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop an intimate understanding of our customers and assist in building customer-centric, value-driven CEX solutions that drive significant NPS, conversion and retention improvements

Be able to collaborate cross functionally with other departments, including but not limited to, Digital, Operations, Marketing, etc. to analyze data and identify opportunities for optimization

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of current survey communication channels and provide insight for future iterations

Some familiarity with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript code for survey email enhancements

Required

Pursuing a Business Analyst or Marketing Major, with an expected graduation between May 2026 and December 2027
