The role will drive alignment with standard S&OP/IBP processes, optimize forecast accuracy, and integrate commercial, supply, and financial planning.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build IBP capabilities and enable process alignment
Lead workshops, manage project timelines, and prepare executive-level presentations
Implement standardized IBP processes, including governance routines and improvement initiatives
Define escalation thresholds and enhance the use of risks and opportunities within IBP
Support integration between demand planning, supply planning, and financial forecasting
Drive forecast accuracy improvements using data analytics, scenario planning, and range-based forecasting
Optimize CBR process to capture accurate inputs aligned with DR, enabling better integration of commercial insights
Qualification
Required
10+ years in business consulting, sales forecasting, demand planning, or S&OP/IBP process improvement
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and finance functions
Strong understanding of demand forecasting principles, IBP, and S&OP frameworks
Expertise in integrating commercial and sales processes within IBP
Excellent executive-level communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in change management and capability building across teams
Preferred
Experience integrating planning across multiple business units or product categories
Familiarity with scenario planning, threshold-based forecasting, and consensus demand modeling
Strong analytical skills to challenge assumptions and drive decisions
Experience in both commercial and demand planning/IBP roles
