Responsibilities
Close deals!
Prospect, Qualify, Demo, Proposal/ Negotiation, Close deals, Own the dealer enrollment and launch process in a timely matter
Heavy proactive prospecting (cold calling, leads, state associations, email, marketing campaigns, referrals, LinkedIn, etc.) into the assigned territory/region
Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to streamline the sales process, create compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts
Manage time effectively to support existing customers while expanding overall business within the assigned territory
Prospecting and networking within the Automotive space to develop new, long-term relationships
Actively participate in weekly sales huddles and monthly team meetings
Meet minimum productivity requirements regarding territory opportunity management and quality contact with potential and existing customers
Identify potential challenges as well as revenue growth within the business
Qualification
Required
A true sales hunter with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, closing complex deals, and driving new revenue within the automotive sector
3–5 years of success in automotive technology or B2B solution sales, with a strong understanding of dealership operations and key decision-making roles
Expert in consultative, solution-based selling, with the ability to uncover customer needs, overcome objections, and deliver ROI-driven value
Highly skilled at building relationships and trust with dealer principals, general managers, and F&I leaders across multiple territories
Known for discipline, persistence, and precision, with exceptional organization, follow-up, and CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify complex technology and align solutions to dealership profitability
Willing to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays, and maintain a clean driving record with a professional and polished presence
Preferred
Experience working at an auto dealership or manufacturer is a strong plus — F&I Managers, Sales Managers, General Sales Managers, and General Managers are encouraged to apply
