Responsibilities

Assist with the credit union’s financial literacy efforts by producing content, coordinating events and other associated duties as needed. This includes the preparation and facilitation of financial wellness workshops, webinars, and seminars for employer partners. Will also develop educational materials, tools, and digital resources

Maintain and develop with employer partners for the purpose of providing their employees access to credit union benefits. Contact potential partners through mailings, telephone calls, and by in-person visits

Promote and participate in on-site events at employer partners

Participate in community networking activities to promote the credit union

Ability to multi task while maintaining a high level of efficiency

Must be team oriented and possess a positive attitude while working well with others

Customer service experience including the ability to effectively perform the skills necessary to deliver exceptional service, such as communication, empathy, patience and organization

Education - A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school

Experience: Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions

Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required to be an effective subject matter expert in the position. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with members, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors, of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature is a normal part of the day-to-day experience. Communications can involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance
