The role involves collaborating with multi-discipline CAD/BIM/VDC teams to deliver coordinated civil models and drawings.

Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (surfaces, grading, utilities, corridors)
Experience producing civil construction documents
Ability to collaborate across civil, structural, and architectural teams
Ability to support and facilitate corporate standards and procedures a must
Familiarity with GIS mapping software or geospatial data systems
Exposure to construction phasing (4D) and estimating (5D) workflows is a plus
Qualification
Required

Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Market Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the AEC industry's market trends, challenges, and opportunities
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting, pitching, and explaining AEC solutions
Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and articulate technical aspects of CAD/BIM services to non-technical clients
Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with internal and external teams, including technical and project management staff
Minimum of 5 years in the civil engineering industry
Minimum of 3 years strong use of Civil 3D
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or other related fields or proven work experience
Preferred
Exposure to construction phasing (4D) and estimating (5D) workflows is a plus
BIM Knowledge: Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) services and their application in the AEC industry a plus
Exposure to coordination applications such as Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud a plus
