Director/ExecutiveThe Research Center for Islamic Economics (IKAM) is dedicated to promoting economic justice and prosperity through high-quality research in Islamic economics. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operational functions, manage budgets, supervise teams, and ensure the efficient administration of programs.

Qualification
Required
Expertise in Operations Management and proven ability to oversee and improve operational systems and processes
Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing data, identifying trends, and driving informed decision-making
Team Management experience, including leadership, mentoring, and development of team capacities
Proficiency in Budgeting, including financial planning, resource allocation, and managing program budgets effectively
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on maintaining high standards for interaction and communication with stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the non-profit or academic sector and familiarity with Islamic Economics is a strong advantage
