Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support integrations using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW)
Work within System Z (mainframe) environments , including z/Linux
Utilize File-Aid for data/file management and processing
Implement and support Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions
Troubleshoot complex integration and data transfer issues
Participate in system upgrades, performance tuning, and optimization
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards
Create and maintain technical documentation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a TIBCO Developer
Strong hands-on experience with: Axway MFT / File Transfer
System Z – File-Aid
System Z – z/Linux
TIBCO BW / TIBCO BusinessWorks
Experience working in large enterprise or mainframe environments
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware concepts
