Responsibilities
Installing, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading wireless communication equipment on towers and other structures
Climbing towers to complete inspections
Testing and troubleshooting systems
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
Collaborating with team members to complete site surveys
Performing equipment upgrades
Documenting maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and experience in RF systems, troubleshooting, and testing wireless communication equipment
Proficiency in climbing towers and working at heights, including proper use of safety equipment
Ability to read and understand technical diagrams, schematics, and documentation
Basic understanding of electrical systems and mechanical installations
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Physical capability to work in varying weather conditions and perform manual tasks
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Certifications such as OSHA, RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid, or tower climbing safety training are a plus
Previous experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry is beneficial
