Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project schedules using scheduling software Primavera P6
Collaborate with project managers, product managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to create and manage project workflow
Analyze project progress and identify any potential delays or issues, recommending solutions to maintain project schedules
Conduct regular status meetings to monitor project timelines and update stakeholders on progress
Prepare reports to communicate project scheduling status to management and team members
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and project specifications in all scheduling processes
Coordinate with procurement and resource management to ensure timely availability of materials and labor
Continuously evaluate scheduling processes and implement improvements for efficiency
Act as the main point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and concerns

Required

Bachelor's degree four-year college or university; or 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques
Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
