Responsibilities
Design and evolve data-intensive architecture for performance and scale
Make thoughtful decisions on frameworks, infrastructure, and trade-offs
Implement observability, auditability, and reliability standards across services
Balance speed with scalability and long-term maintainability
Lead development from prototype to production with rapid feedback loops
Build modular, cloud-based services for data ingestion and workflow automation
Translate ambiguous requirements into clear deliverables and measurable outcomes
Maintain a bias toward simplicity, clarity, and integrity
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a small, high-performing team
Create a culture of ownership, learning, and accountability
Be both a hands-on builder and a technical leader
Establish CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
Oversee uptime, performance, and incident response
Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security and regulated-industry standards
Qualification

Preferred
Experience building or scaling data-heavy SaaS products (ideally in regulated domains)
Background in search, recommendation systems, or complex data modeling
Experience building AI/ML or intelligent automation solutions
Strong grounding in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and security best practices
Prior leadership experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment
