They are seeking California Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, while managing caseloads and conducting assessments.

Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person) with diverse mental health needs, including ADHD, mood disorders, and relational issues

Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans

Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)

Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance

Required

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles)

Must not be opted out of Medicare

Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and DBT; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning

Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom)

Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service

Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities
