Senior Management

Responsibilities

Develop and implement software verification and validation plans, protocols, and procedures

Design, write, and execute test cases based on software requirements and specifications

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and acceptance testing

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues

Document all testing outcomes and maintain traceability between requirements and test cases

Participate in requirements, design, and code reviews to ensure testability and compliance

Ensure software meets regulatory and quality standards (ISO, IEC, FDA, etc.)

Support risk assessment and mitigation efforts related to software quality

Develop, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks and tools

Contribute to continuous improvement of software V&V processes and practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience in software testing, verification, and validation (V&V)

Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Selenium)

Familiarity with Windows Domain configurations and maintenance

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Attention to detail and organizational excellence

Preferred

Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive)

Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance principles

Experience with Agile or Waterfall development environments

Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 62304, ISO 13485, DO-178C)

Ability to develop test automation scripts and frameworks

Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Experience with verification traceability and documentation control

Understanding of risk-based testing and validation documentation

Commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards
