Responsibilities

Assess & Recommend: Evaluate legacy .NET and SharePoint applications to determine modernization options using Power Platform

Design & Build: Develop end-to-end solutions in Power Apps and Power Automate, leveraging Dataverse and integrating with M365 and other data sources

Prototype Quickly: Create proofs of concept to showcase Power Platform capabilities for solving business challenges

Support & Scale: Assist business users and citizen developers in extending and maintaining apps for long-term success

Document & Train: Produce clear documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions for technical and non-technical audiences

Ensure Best Practices: Advocate for scalable architecture, intuitive UX, strong data governance, and security compliance in all solutions

Required

Active Secret clearance, or higher

5+ years in IT solution development, including 2+ years hands-on with Power Platform (especially Power Apps and Power Automate)

Strong understanding of Power Fx, Dataverse schema design, and solution architecture

Experience reviewing legacy applications and identifying modernization paths

Comfortable integrating APIs, third-party systems, and enterprise data sources

Proficiency with M365 tools, Power BI, and basic scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.)

Skilled at mentoring users on app maintenance and enhancement

Required Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals

Required Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
