Client Relationship : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Risk Assessment: Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Client Education: Provide personalized service by addressing questions and concerns promptly
Collaboration: Adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
Policy Management: Manage customer policy renewals and maintain accurate documentation related to insurance polices
Qualification
Required
Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance (active status)
Prior insurance experience, ideally in Personal Lines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new technology
Must be self-motivated, dependable, and a team player
