Responsibilities
Gather and document CRM and Salesforce business requirements
Analyze sales and customer engagement processes
Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in CRM workflows
Support Salesforce enhancements and implementations
Work with sales, marketing, and IT teams to deliver solutions
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
Create BRDs, user stories, and process documentation
Support UAT and deployment activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
2+ years of Business Analyst experience
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with CRM or Salesforce preferred
