Engagement Specialist
Responsibilities
Proactively make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to sign up and reactivate dealerships
Send targeted emails and texts to engage potential and existing partners
Meet or exceed monthly performance benchmarks
Document all interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records
Collaborate with the remarketing team to identify growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year in customer service
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to travel and work onsite in downtown Tulsa
Preferred
Automotive dealership BDC or sales experience is a plus
