Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP FICO and S/4HANA Finance solutions
Own architecture and solution design for S/4HANA Group Reporting
Drive finance transformation initiatives with strong focus on standardization, compliance, and scalability
Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical partners across geographies
Translate business requirements into clear functional designs and solution roadmaps
Support integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover activities
Provide guidance, review, and mentoring to project teams and junior consultants

Required

Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA Finance
Proven expertise in S/4HANA Group Reporting
Experience leading or contributing to large finance transformation programs
Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, reporting, and compliance processes
Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience in multi-country or global SAP rollouts
Prior experience in solution architecture or program leadership roles
