3–10 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory, Internal Audit, Financial Crime, or Risk Management
Hands-on experience with compliance analytics, data-driven compliance monitoring, or regulatory reporting
Prior work experience with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), DOJ-OIG, or another regulatory/enforcement authority, OR experience supporting such agencies as a consultant
Strong technical proficiency in SQL / Data analysis
Strong technical proficiency in BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar
Strong technical proficiency in Excel / data modeling
Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory expectations, risk controls, and investigative or audit processes
Strong communication, documentation, and functional-requirements gathering skills
Ability to translate regulatory mandates into actionable analytic and functional requirements
