Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design across mobile and desktop—from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes
Design clear, scalable user flows that translate complex data, AI outputs, and workflows into intuitive experiences
Drive design strategy and articulate design decisions with clarity and conviction to stakeholders and leadership
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional partners in an agile startup environment
Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration
Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, components, and style guides
Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across all touchpoints
Partner with Engineering to ensure seamless handoff with precise specs and assets
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
Proven ownership of end-to-end product design, from concept to launch
Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
Experience working in fast-paced, iterative product teams
Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving and real-world impact
Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Framer, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and modern front-end workflows
Experience designing AI-driven, B2B, mobile, or data-heavy products
Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience mentoring or leading other designers
