Responsibilities

Be assigned meaningful work assignments with one of our core business units: Brokerage or Delegated Binding Authority

You will be working with the Team on real work assignments and be assigned mentors

As part of your experience with us you will also shadow staff members, be involved in team meetings and activities

You will also be interacting with the VP of Training & Development and the other interns on training and education hubs

You will be assigned a group assignment with the interns that will allow you to offer your ideas that will be meaningful with a final presentation to Jencap leaders at the end of the internship
