Responsibilities
Draft and assemble estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and other related materials
Transcribe dictation accurately and efficiently
Revise and finalize documents with strong attention to detail
Maintain client files and ensure timely follow-up on case-related tasks
Work closely with attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure smooth and responsive service
Communicate professionally with clients and outside parties, maintaining strict confidentiality
Assist with administrative tasks and overall workflow in the Estate Planning department
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Estate Planning law
Strong understanding of Estate Planning procedures and terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize deadlines
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to client service
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
