Responsibilities

Prepare documents with checks that cannot go straight to the XDS Scanners to be scanned

Determine the correct tax criteria and data to enter on tax vouchers that are created timely and accurately according to the divisional goals

Deposit checks timely and allow payments to process and post to the Department’s Integrated Tax Administration System (ITAS)

Determine the correct method to prepare returns and payments from other divisions that can or cannot be deposited through the (ICL) Image cash letter or other data capture platforms

Required

High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Intermediate working knowledge of PC, Windows and Microsoft Office products

Able to type 40 wpm and 7000kph with 98% accuracy

Experience working in a fast-paced team production environment

Experience in prioritizing work to meet deadlines and production standards with a high degree of accuracy

Adapt to changes within the workflow and team environments and apply applicable guidelines
