Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new healthcare clients for medical billing and revenue cycle services
Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline targeting physician groups, specialty practices, and outpatient facilities
Conduct consultative discovery discussions to evaluate operational workflows, payer mix, and revenue challenges
Present Vigilant Medical Group’s billing, coding, compliance, and analytics capabilities in an executive-level manner
Collaborate with leadership to structure proposals, pricing, and onboarding strategies
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with practice administrators, CFOs, and physician leadership
Track pipeline activity, outreach efforts, and conversions using CRM tools
Represent the organization in virtual meetings and industry-related forums as appropriate
Qualification
Required
5+ years of business development or healthcare sales experience
Demonstrated success selling medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare services
Strong understanding of physician practice operations and reimbursement dynamics
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred
Background in medical billing, coding, or healthcare revenue cycle operations
Experience selling to anesthesia practices, surgery centers, or multi-specialty groups
