Responsibilities
Develop and implement new applications and/or databases and enhancements for existing applications and/or databases based on documented requirements
Develop and execute test plans to validate that functional requirements are met
Draft and revise end-user operational instructions and technical documentation for new or revised applications
Provide maintenance support, including defect resolution and enhancement requests, for existing applications based on documented requirements
Qualification
Required
Three (3) years of experience in application development or a four-year degree in a relevant discipline
A signed commitment letter is required from the proposed individual confirming their intent and availability to support this requirement
Preferred
Experience with the ServiceNow platform (desired, not required)
Experience developing web-based applications using JavaScript and/or HTML (desired, not required)
