Responsibilities

Support key projects that assist in driving business and financial results within a functional area of Operations. Examples of potential project areas (New Category product introductions, optimization of existing manufacturing processes, factory footprint scenarios, facilities infrastructure obsolescence, and health and safety compliance
Conduct research, data analysis, and interact with stakeholders to support your assigned projects
Deliver a creative and innovative solutions
Collaborate with teams across the Operations function as well as opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally throughout the business

Required

Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with completed coursework in Engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Superior written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
An action-oriented and innovative leader with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to work in Winston Salem, NC or Clarksville, TN
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
