Regional Senior Living Sales Director
Agemark Senior Living, recognized by Fortune as one of the Best Workplaces for Aging Services, is seeking a Regional Senior Living Sales Director to support communities. This role focuses on driving occupancy and leading sales teams to make a real impact in seniors' lives, requiring extensive travel within the region.

Responsibilities
Lead weekly sales calls for regional communities, providing guidance, training, and support onsite and virtually
Achieve and maintain 95%+ occupancy through innovative marketing, PR, and sales strategies
Coach sales teams on building relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources, guiding them through the decision-making process
Collaborate with Executive Directors to solve challenges, drive growth, and meet business objectives
Support community events, direct mail campaigns, networking efforts, and advertising initiatives
Develop KPI-driven marketing plans and lead targeted initiatives for each community
Step in as Interim Senior Living Consultant when needed, managing tours, lead generation, and CRM data
Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new sales team members
Maintain close communication with the CEO for strategy development, brainstorming, and ongoing support
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate
Strong local relationships to drive business growth and achieve goals
Management experience with leadership, mentoring, and training skills
Solid understanding of KPIs, ROI, and budget management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to travel extensively within the region and attend occasional evenings or weekend events
Preferred
Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
