PPI / lean specialist Sr. Intern

Responsibilities
Support process improvement projects using Lean and PPI methodologies
Assist in facilitating Kaizen events and value stream mapping sessions
Collect and analyze data on process performance and efficiency opportunities
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Must complete degree between December 2026 - June 2027
Deep passion for Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
Familiarity with Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or PPI tools
Experience with Excel, Power BI, or data visualization tools
Clear communication and facilitation skills
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, which may include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
Flexibility to work across various shifts may be required
Preferred
Previous internship, co-op, or project experience in an operations or supply chain setting is a plus
