Sales Executive

PropTexx is an AI-driven visual commerce platform transforming how real estate and retail brands present, distribute, and monetise visual inventory. The Senior Sales Representative role focuses on aggressively scaling PropTexx’s real estate business by managing outbound and inbound sales, driving new commercial partnerships, and collaborating with leadership to enhance platform adoption.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, target, and close new business opportunities with brokerages, MLSs, and property portals
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close
Engage senior decision-makers and commercial owners within real estate organisations
Position PropTexx as infrastructure, not tooling, embedded within listing workflows and platforms
Drive rapid pipeline generation and conversion, with a strong bias toward execution and deal velocity
Collaborate with internal teams to shape pricing, packaging, pilots, and enterprise rollout strategies
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems
Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap, GTM strategy, and vertical expansion

Required

Demonstrated success in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise partnerships
Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in real estate, PropTech, SaaS, or adjacent industries
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to articulate value at both technical and executive levels
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with limited process and high autonomy
Proficient with CRM tools and modern sales workflows

Preferred

Experience selling to brokerages, MLSs, platforms, or marketplace-style businesses is strongly preferred
Experience with AI-driven, data, or platform-based products is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
