Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and enhance analytics solutions, including dashboards and reports using Tableau, QuickSight, and other reporting or analytics interfaces, to support operational and business decision-making
Partner with senior BI Engineers to translate reporting requirements into clear, accurate, and maintainable analytics outputs
Support the data migration effort by executing defined migration or backfill tasks, validating migrated data, and helping ensure reporting continuity during the transition to the new Redshift cluster
Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency between source systems and the new data platform
Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting, ad-hoc analysis, migration validation, and data quality checks
Partner with senior BI and Data Engineers to support and learn emerging analytics patterns, such as automated insights, AI-assisted analysis, or alternative data consumption experiences, as the team evolves beyond static reporting
Create and maintain clear, structured documentation for datasets, reports, migration steps, validation results, and known data caveats
Help identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, or reporting gaps and escalate findings with clear context and proposed next steps
Follow established data governance, security, and access guidelines when handling customer support data
Support post-migration reporting updates, including updating dashboards, queries, and data sources to align with the new platform

Required

2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Experience working with code repositories (e.g., Git), including reviewing, updating, and maintaining analytics or data-related code

Preferred

Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
Experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, Sagemaker, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, and EC2
Experience using Salesforce
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
