Responsibilities

Full cycle recruiting for Product roles from intake through close
Partnering with functional leaders/hiring managers to define success profiles and hiring plans
Driving search strategy for specialized roles across the business
Managing candidate experience with a high bar for clarity, speed, and conviction
Running offer strategy and closing in partnership with hiring managers
Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent tradeoffs, timing, and market realities

Required

4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally across Product functions
Hired individual contributors in fast growing companies
Can translate business needs into sharp candidate narratives and targeted outreach
Are data minded but not data blind, using metrics to inform judgment not replace it
Operate well in ambiguity and enjoy building structure where none exists
Care deeply about quality, not just speed
Believe applied AI will reshape how institutions operate
