Responsibilities
Lead business development efforts, including market research, client relationships, and securing contracts
Expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships through strategic account management
Guide the pursuit and delivery of major water projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
Collaborate with leadership to identify priorities and opportunities in the Washington market
Inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence
Support talent development, including hiring, mentoring, and succession planning
Uphold Stantec’s reputation through community engagement and thought leadership
Ensure operational goals are met and best practices are followed in project management and delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in the water sector
Experience in project management and technical delivery for municipal or regional infrastructure
Strong business development and sales skills for technical professional services
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
Licensed Professional Engineer in Washington State preferred
