Ascend Staffing is a fast-growing staffing company seeking a bilingual Recruiter (Staffing Coordinator) to help recruit, interview, and onboard talent for clients. The role involves managing daily branch operations and building relationships with local businesses to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for a variety of light industrial and clerical roles
Conduct orientations and ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and accurate
Build strong relationships with local businesses and ensure client satisfaction
Manage daily employee placements and resolve scheduling needs
Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate flow and track placements (training provided)
Post job ads and source candidates through social media, job boards, and digital recruiting platforms
Support your Branch Manager in meeting weekly staffing and client service goals
Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure client coverage when needed
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using social media and online job boards for recruiting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
Self-motivated with a passion for helping people find meaningful work
Preferred
Experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or HR is a plus
